Neurodiversity affirming
Autism is a different way of experiencing the world, not a deficit. I work with strengths rather than against differences.
An independent caregiver bringing more than seven years of progressive care experience to one-to-one SEN and neurodiversity-affirming support.
I’m Greg — an independent caregiver supporting children and young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. My approach is grounded equally in hands-on care practice and a deep commitment to human dignity, autonomy, and respect for difference.
With a Master of Divinity and a BA in Philosophy, I bring thoughtfulness to every session. Effective SEN support goes beyond task completion: it is about building trust, honouring communication style, and creating environments where neurodivergent young people can genuinely flourish.
“Meaningful progress starts with a relationship where a young person feels safe enough to be themselves.”

Meaningful progress happens inside a safe, trusted relationship. The foundation comes before the task.
Predictable routines can reduce anxiety, while flexibility keeps support responsive to the day.
The best outcomes happen when families and carers are informed, involved, and supported.
